United States Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP)
Within the Department of Labor, ODEP promotes policies and coordinates with employers and all levels of government to increase workplace success for people with disabilities.
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
The EEOC enforces federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
